Abstracts: Here our objective is to create such a module which can protect against thief and intruders .Many times the human resources are not sufficient to fulfill our security needs hence we have to restore to the alternate methods. The security concerns are not only due to human intruders but also the unwanted calamities that occurs in the industrial scenario such as fire or short circuit. These faults can be easily detected by the sensors and pursue necessary steps to avoid or to minimize the damage rendered. Safety in industries is of paramount importance as it directly affects the productivity of the concerned industries. The use of dedicated software for safety and control applications began with the technological advancement in the field of MICROCONTROLLERS. Here our objective is to create such a module which can protect against intruders and burglaries. Many times the human resources are not sufficient to fulfill our security needs hence we have to restore to the alternate methods. By using PIR sensor we can detect the unauthorized entry or in case of intruders enters the arena of the industry without permission. The system will use a microcontroller PIC18F4520 which has an 8kbytes of ROM for the programming memory. The microcontroller will continuously monitor the sensor. Microcontroller give command to the light sensor. Light sensor will operate light successfully as per the need. Microcontroller give command signal to CAMERA to capture the image. The image will capture by the camera. Microcontroller give command to the GPRS. GPRS is always connected to the SERVER. So the image will go to the server. Moreover by Microsoft Visual Studio (.NET) programming through which we would get an e-mail to our e-mail Id whenever server will get an image, thus the constant monitoring of the system is not required. Hence it reduces the man power.
