Snoring
Snoring is caused by vibrations, that cause particles in the air to form sound waves
For example, when we speak, our vocal cords vibrate to form our voice
While we are asleep, turbulent airflow can cause the tissues of the nose and throat to vibrate and give rise to snoring
Causes of Snoring
While we are breathing, air flows in and out in a steady stream from our nose or mouth to our lungs
When we are asleep, the area at the back of the throat sometimes narrows
The same amount of air passing through this smaller opening can cause the tissues surrounding the opening to vibrate
This in turn can cause the sounds of snoring
Lenz-Snore stopper
Lenz, the innovative new snore stopper, differs from all other aids that are supposed to prevent snoring
It is developed on the basis of state-of-the-art of audiological technology
it is the first and only high-tech solution that stops snoring – and really works.
Integrated Beep-Asleep Function
The audible signal is so soft that it won’t disturb other’s sleep
Integrated filters prevent ambient noises from triggering the signal
Snoring stops!...how?
If the sensor detects snoring, it outputs an audible signal, each time with a different pitch.
Without waking the person, the audible signal is registered by unconscious
This results in a change in muscle tone and possibly cause the person to change position.
So Snoring stops!
