Abstracts: This project is mainly used to track the queries of the customers in the organization and resolve the queries. This application will solve the technical issues of the employees of the organization .Admin Users would be able to create admin, support desk and other users. And maintain statistics. Additionally, the application will also provide statistics reports of the queries that have been solved and those which are yet to be solved. Extremely secure, login authenticated service. This Project mainly involves the handling of query tickets generated by the employees to solve the queries. The major technicality within the system lies in managing the coordination among the different departments of the organization. The project has been planned to be having the view of distributed architecture, with centralized storage of the database. The application for the storage of the data has been planned. Using the constructs of MS-SQL Server and all the user interfaces has been designed using the PHP technologies. The database connectivity is planned using the “SQL Connection” methodology, keeping in mind the at most authentication and security concerns. The project also provides the user to interact with the help desk experts using the live chat option and video conferencing. This facility helps to reduce the complexity of attending the call which was a traditional way, now facilitates to handle a number of queries at the same time keeping a track of previous talks and records of the solved and unsolved issues.
