This project is aimed at developing an Online managing MST(monthy sessional test) Marks and the various activities that can be performed various societies. This system can be used to store the details of the event, update the various event with there details, there results, important notice etc. This is one integrated system that contains both the user component (used by taking any information about any event date, time, venus, about societies, its members etc) and the admin component (used by the administrators for performing admin level functions such as adding new event, updating new imformation etc). This project provide easy to know what the new contest and what the new event should be happened in the college everywhere with new updation at any time.This system runs on multiple terminals, offers a GUI interface to its users and connects to a common database(s).

1.2Admin Panel
The Admin of the college has all the authority.He has full control over the site for their own college. Admin has the following charactersticts for the identification off college:
v College Registration number
v College Email Id
v College Mobule number
v College Name
During login this characterstics are used to identify the college.After successfull login to the website,The admin can perform the various opration for the college.
1.3Powers to admin
v Username and Password:The admin of the college can create the password and username for students,teachers and socity.In this process ,The admin enter the roll number in the password creation wizard for student,the output will an username as Rollnumber and unique password.For Teacher and Socity the admin can enter the unique username instead.
v PDF: The admin can generate the pdf of the username and password of the all users.After this he can print the the pdf generated document.After the this process the document can be delivered to the respected department.The student can get their username and password after their identification.
v Updation:The admin can update the userame and password.He can also delete an account quickly.
v Feedback:He has the feedback inbox,where the feedbacks from the students are stored.He can delete this feedback.
v Post:He can post an event and also can post useful information .
v Update the system for next semester:This is the most important process for this system.The admin can clean the mst database and update the semester.After this updation,the system will be usful for next semesters.
v Ptu Result: The admin can upload the ptu result semesterwise.this result is available for the future use.
1.4 Teacher Panel:

v Marks:Teacher can insert the MST marks.There are three MST 1st,2nd ,3rd .He can insert the marks after the selection off the subject.
v Updation:The teacher can update the marks after selecting the subjects.

The student of the college can login to the website after getting the username and password from the respected department.He has the following charactersticts for the identification off college:
v College Registration number
v Email Id
v Mobule number
v College Name
v Department
v Semester
During login this characterstics are used to identify the studentr.After successfull login to the website,The teacher can perform the various opration for the college.
v Profile:He/She can upload the profile picture.He can change the password.he can not change the semester,class,college name,registration number.
v Feedback:He/She can provide feedback to the admin;
v Post:He/She can check the posted conted by the admin.
v Events:He can get the information about the events.
v MST:He can check the MST marks.
v PTU result:He can also check the Ptu results.
Chapter 2
System Study and Problem Formulation
2.1 Study of Existing System
The project is to computerize the working of Indian History. It takes lot of time and has lot of searching work. Due to this lot of time is wasted and processing speed and data entering speed became very slow.Therefore need for computerization is not due to the large volume of data transactions taking place, but to maintain the integrity of data. Some data has to re-write in various places due to which it is possible for error to creep in. This type of errors are difficult to find, as it requires comparing four-five files which leads to wastage of time and manpower . But with the use of this website these kinds of inconsistencies can be avoided, because it informs the moment the error is committed, thus the data integrity is maintained.In the existing system all the work from addition of new records to modifying is done manually. The means for reading and gaining knowledge is books i.e. frustrating to both user and client.
2.2 Proposed System
The proposed system is to centralize all the work so that it can be managed easily by the organisation and also it can be easily accessed by the resources working for the organisation. This project is aimed at developing online system which can streamline to all. It involves many administrative work and co-ordination. This project is to develop and deploy a web based application so that the different aspects of an event Knowledge become easy to handle.
2.3 Advantages of the Project
This project is mainly help to all the student who are intersted in to participate in any kind of event and for all students. Today is day of internet. Everyone want to lead. So in this fast changing world ,there is need to attach every part of life. This project will provide information to everyone,in everywhere ,in any time.Student can open this system and can see information about an event.The event can be any activity that may be perform by any socity in College.
2.4 Feasibility Study:
Preliminary investigation examines project feasibility, the likelihood the system will be useful to the organization. The main objective of the feasibility study is to test the Technical,Operational and Economical feasibility for adding new modules and and debugging old running system. All systems are feasible if they are given unlimited resources and infinite time. Thereare aspects in the feasibility study portion of the preliminary investigation:

2. Operation Feasibility
3. Economical Feasibility
2.4.1 TECHNICAL FEASIBILITY
The technical issue usually raised during the feasibility stage of the investigation includes the
following:
• Does the necessary technology exist to do what is suggested?
• Do the proposed equipments have the technical capacity to hold the data required to
use the new system?
• Will the proposed system provide adequate response to inquiries, regardless of the
number or location of users?
• Can the system be upgraded if developed?
Are there technical guarantees of accuracy, reliability, ease of access and data security?
2.4.2 OPERATIONAL FEASIBILITY
User-friendly
Customer will use the forms for their various transactions i.e. for adding new routes,
viewing the routes details. Also the Customer wants the reports to view the various
transactions based on the constraints. Theses forms and reports are generated as userfriendly to the Client.
Reliability
The package wills pick-up current transactions on line. Regarding the old transactions,
User will enter them in to the system.
Security
The web server and database server should be protected from hacking, virus etc
Portability
The application will be developed using standard open source software (Except Oracle) like
Java, tomcat web server, Internet Explorer Browser etc these software will work both on
Windows and Linux o/s. Hence portability problems will not arise.
Availability
This software will be available always.
Maintainability
The system called the ewheelz uses the 2-tier architecture. The 1st tier is the GUI, which is
said to be front-end and the 2nd tier is the database, which uses My-Sql, which is the backend.
The front-end can be run on different systems (clients). The database will be running at the
server. Users access these forms by using the user-ids and the passwords.
2.4.3 ECONOMIC FEASILITY
The computerized system takes care of the present existing system.s data flow and procedures completely and should generate all the reports of the manual system besides a host of other management reports. It should be built as a web based application with separate web server and database server. This is required as the activities are spread through out the organization customer wants a centralized database. Further some of the linked transactions take place in
different locations.
