Abstracts: • Our project is related to some defects shown in saw welding process .problem is occurred when saw welding sart is used often. During welding time Improper inter pass cleaning,Poor bead finish- rough, lumpy beads not dressed before welding,Welding parameters (i.e. v, a, t) not as per WPS,Less included angle,Insufficient chip-back depth,Improper ear thing / feedback wire connectionis remove in short time So this type of problem welding quality was bad,welding strength was reduce,production cost was increase so customer are not satisfied. • so we trying to solve the problem of saw welding defects. So we provide some solution Use only hot flux.Flux is costly - always use flux recovery units-return unused flux,Re - use flux only after screening,cleaning and rebaking.,Keep flux height 25 to 35 mm during welding. And other shall be kept at an easily accessible location,Adjust travel speed before starting welding,Ensure that current versus wire feed rate chart is available.
