INTRODUCTION:
Tulsi Foundries Ltd. (TFL) is a company based in Sangli (Maharashtra, Western India) 467km from Mumbai engaged in the Ductile (Nodular) Iron Castings. This company was established in December 2004 by Shri. B.M. Jain, and their associates and production was started in April 2005.
The company has DISA 2110 MK-II and KOYO -60V-S High pressure vertical flask less molding lines .Tulsi Foundries Ltd. is one of the leading manufacturer and exporter of cast and machined ductile iron (SG iron) components with an annual capacity of 30000 metric tons. With the specialization in automotive components the company is also catering to various other industries like RAC, Earth moving, Electrical etc.
The promoters of the company have a vast experience of 34yrs in Ferrous and Non-ferrous industry. The efficient and experienced technical team of company is dedicated to meet the international quality standards and the stringent customer requirements. The team at TFL comprises of well experienced metallurgists and engineers to cater to customer requirements. MANUFACTURING:
The company has a plant to manufacture castings of Ductile (Spheroidal Graphite) Iron like front wheel hub, companion flanges, casting carrier, crank shafts, flange yakes, end yokes, casting block, twin calipers carriers, casting housing, cast bridges, body casting and housing cover used mainly in automobile industry and other applications like refrigeration, air-conditioning, earth moving, electrical etc.

Sand testing:

4. Compatibility Permeability meter.

6. Microscope with photographic facilities with nodularity testing software image analyzer

8. 40MT Computerized Tensile Testing Machine with Extensometer attatchment
9. Velocity Gauge
Metallurgical Testing:
1. Vaccum emission spectrometer GNR Italy make, PMT based 2 channels with digital remote display at furnace platform
2. Wet lab for analysis of ferro alloys
3. Smart Lab with thermal analysis for cooling curve, Magnesium content, % nodularity, amount of under cooling
4. Ultrasonic testing for nodularity from casting
