Abstracts: Repetitive tasks and high accuracy have become the two contradictory needs of any industrial process. By introducing autonomous robotic applications, simple repetitive tasks can be accomplished keeping the demands of the accuracy and speed in mind. This project deals with the design, fabrication and control of a robotic arm used to load and unload parts of the different areas. Robot motion is controlled using wired remote control to place the parts at suitable locations. The motor control is achieved using D.C. current. Our robotic arm can be used in number of application by operating remote control and changing the structure is designed in such a way that it is capable to lift light loads but can also lift medium loads. Our robotic manipulator would be used mainly in the packaging department and automatic assembly lines for material handling
