Abstracts: Now a day ceramics materials are widely use. Moreover with the changing time the quality required of products by customersalso should be high. To fulfil requirement of the customer a ceramic company should optimize them product?s cost. For optimizing the product cost, any of company requires the deep inspection of the various departments. During this kind of inspection at Greta Wall Tiles we came to know about the problem of overheating occurs in the ceramic Kiln. This problem may affect the quality of the ceramic Glaze. The problem also causes the access consumption of the fuel. For the optimization of cost of ceramic Glaze the company should reduce or eliminate this problem of overheating. For this purpose the company is interested to analyze the problem and to find out its alternative. For analyze this problem the knowledge of thermal software are required. Moreover the fluid mixing analytical software is also required. By proper using of this software we will come to know the requirement of our ceramic kiln. By suggesting these geometries and process of backing the ceramic biscuits the company can reduce the problem of overheating and ultimately will reduce the cost of the ceramic products. Various analyses of the ceramic kiln, its geometry and material will be carried out. Moreover proper air fuel ratio will be calculated and the analysis of kiln burner will also be carried out to get the alternatives of this overheating problem.
