INTRODUCTION
Tongue Drive system (TDS) is a tongue-operated unobtrusive wireless assistive technology, which can potentially provide people with severe disabilities with effective computer access and environment control.
AIM OF THE PROJECT
To allow the people with severe disabilities to perform their daily tasks with greater independance.
Severely disabled persons with impairments of the nervous system, especially from brain and spinal cord injuries, find it difficult to carry out daily tasks without assistance.
Hall effect sensor:
A Hall effect sensor is a transducer that varies its output voltage in response to a magnetic field.
Hall effect sensors are used for proximity switching, positioning, speed detection, and current sensing applications.
