Abstracts: In India there are more than 115 million registered motorcycles at the end of the year 2010-11, mostly driven by internal combustion engines, and the pollutants, carbon monoxide (CO) and unburnt hydrocarbons (UBHC), generated by motorcycle are responsible for more than 20% of the air pollutants released to the atmosphere. Energy supplies in the 21st century will be challenged as fossil fuel reserves decline, human consumption increases, and greenhouse gasses accumulate to further damage the atmosphere. These challenges will be met by innovative solutions that enable the less consumption of fuel in internal combustion engines. One of the most difficult challenges is how to increase efficiency and performance of internal combustion engine because; much competition is there to do researches on that. Since, last decades many inventions done on engine but there is no satisfactory results. This project is concern with the investigation on Internal Combustion engines to improve engine performance and to eliminate above problems of pollution and fuel consumption. Engine performance can be increased by introducing more oxygen to the cylinder. So, combustion in engine is done effectively. By electrolysis of water, oxygen can be produce. Moreover, hydrogen is also produce in electrolysis. By supplying hydrogen in to cylinder engine can be boosted. This is an efficient way to overcome all challenges. Thus, this project will introduce innovative technology which helps to atmosphere.
