ABSTRACT
Develop an Intranet Application for ABC Technologies Ltd. for maintaining information related to its employees transfer and generating the transfer related documents. This application would be facilitating the system administrator (Higher Management) to search the employees transfer record, make new transfers and also amend the allowances offered to the employee which usually depends on the post of the employee and the type of transfer he is getting.
Develop an Intranet Employee Transfer Application, which will cover the following functionalities:
1) Login
a) Employees
b) System Administrator
2) Interface for filling up the following information
a) Searching the transfer records.
b) Updating the transfer records.
c) Making new transfers. (this can be combined with the update page by enabling and disabling the update and make transfer buttons.)
3) Interface to generate the transfer related documents in Doc format.
4) Automatic mail notifications to the employees who got transferred and to the managers who would be receiving the transferred employees.
5) Logout

The nationwide initiative, now global and in its fourth year, focuses on creating industry-ready IT professionals, by aligning engineering talent with the needs of the industry.
Campus Connect is an industry-academia collaboration program to align engineering student competencies with industry needs. The Campus Connect program has several program components weaved together to create synergy for effective, fast-paced learning. Namely-Conclaves, Road Shows, Faculty Enablement Programs(FEP), Industrial Visits, Sabbaticals, Foundation Programs, Soft Skills and Capsule Roll-out, Sponsored Events and Seminars.
Foundation Program(FP) Roll-out:
The core of the Campus Connect program is the Foundation Program Roll-out at the college premises. This FP courseware represents the Intellectual Property and experience of Infosys in training thousands of entry level engineers from heterogeneous backgrounds and disciplines to deliver world-class projects to global customers. The purpose of the FP Courseware is to provide a unique set of teaching aids, consolidated training material to the college faculty to help them make students Industry-Ready.
This Courseware has been used by Infosys to train entry level engineers. This is typically delivered a 130 hours of classroom sessions, and in addition an extensive hands-on excercises and quizzes.

Introduction:
The Employee Transfer Management System is used for maintaining information related to its employees and generating the transfer related documents. The system is aimed for facilitating the Higher Management to search the employees transfer record, make new transfers, maintain for the same. At the same time the system allows the employees to view their record in the organization and also view the information about their colleague working with them.
Objective :
Manage all the Employee details such as Name, Id, Work Experience, Location,
Department and the Project they are working on.
Search Employee details from the Master Record.
Manage Employee transfer and update the Master Record after the transfer.
Generating the transfer related documents in the doc format.
Mail Notifications to the respective person about their transfer related information.
