Estimation of market potential for Rallis India Ltd. in vegetable growing areas 60 km surrounding Hyderabad.
To increase the market share of Rallis India ltd. in vegetable growing areas.
Research methodology
Population: population for this studies the pesticide dealers and the vegetable growing farmers 60 km surrounding Hyderabad.
Sample size: 105 (pesticide dealers = 45 and vegetable growing farmers = 60)
Research method:
The research design selected for this study is descriptive research.
Sampling method:
The sampling technique selected for this study is multistage and random sampling under the non-probability sampling technique.
Tools of data analysis:
The tools selected for this study is percentage analysis.
Limitations of the study
Only few locations surrounding Hyderabad were used for collection of data and therefore the findings may not be generalized for whole population
All the findings and conclusions are made based on data collected in the specified time, if the sample is collected in any other time the results may differ.
Perceptions, attitudes, time constraints of the dealers and farmers at the time of administering the questionnaire may influence the response.
