H.R.M is concerned with the people who work in the organisation to achieve the objectives of the organisation.
It concerned with acquisition of appropriate human resources,developing their skills & competencies,motivating them for best performance & ensuring their continued commitment to the organisation to achieve organisational objectives.
It referes to activities & functions to designed & implemented to maximise organisational as well as employees effectiveness.
OBJECTIVES OF H.R.M
To help the organisation reach its goals:
Provide,create,utilise & motivate employees to accomplish organisational goals.
B To employ the skills & abilities of the work force efficiencyrimary purpose of H.R.M is to make people’s strengths productive.
C. To provide the organisation with well-trained & well-motivated employees:H.R.M trained,motivated & evaluated the employees performance to exert their maximum efforts.
