It analyzes the oblique reasons of the building, reveals the mechanism of inclination-rectification with negative friction technology of the skin, introduces the design and construction characteristics of tilting rectification engineering, investigates the influence of the tide in the slope rectification engineering and groundwater relationships, foundation soil, piles foundations and negative friction of the skin. Thanks to this successful project, the experiences have been accumulated for the engineering of rectification of inclination of buildings with foundation of piles, and have obtained good economic benefits and social benefits.
