The term is derived from the French word “WELFARE”. The of thisFrench word is “well being or happiness or prosperity of individuals’’
Welfare means faring or doing well. It is a comprehensive term and refersThe physical, mental, moral and emotional well being of individual.
DEFINITION OF EMPLOYEE WELEARE:

Employee Welfare as a term which is understood to include such services, facilitiesand amenities as may be established in the vicinity of undertaking to enable the persons employed in them to perform their work in healthy, congenial surroundingto provide them amenities conductive to good and healthy and high moral.

OBJECTIVES OF STUDY:
1.To study the level of satisfaction of various employee welfare measures with special reference to Social security in veesons energy pvt ltd.
2.To study the employee welfare measures with respect work environment factor ,convince Factor ,work health factor child welfare factor worker’s education factor and outside welfare factor.
3.To suggest suitable recommendation to improve employee welfare measures in veesons enrgy pvt ltd.
SCOPE OF THE STUDY:
The study mainly focused on Employee welfare measures at Veesons Pvt Ltd,Trichy and the researcher analyze this topic on the following criteria’s.
Relationship between employer’s and employee’s.
The statutory welfare facilities Provided to the employees.
Motivation level of the workers with respect to welfare facilities.
The study consists of organizational study and a research in Human Resource Functional Department to throw light in need of structured employee grievance mechanism
LIMITATION OF THE STUDY
i. The time period given for study was very limited, only 4 weeks.
ii. The respondents of the questionnaire were very busy and could not afford more time to answer. The average time to response was 2-3 minutes only.
iii. Study restricted to only the employees presents in the organization “VEESONS ENERGY SYSTEMS PVT LTD.,” But the employees who were in the commissioning & erecting sites were left.
iv. Employee’s resistance in responding to some of the questions because of the fear of unknown.
