Abstracts: The College Community Link (CCL) is an Internet based web application that can be accessed throughout the Institute or a specified group/Dept. The main objective of this project is to provide virtuosity to the physical notice board and provide personalized notices and updates to everyone in institute. This system can be used to automate the workflow of noticeboards and make the institute paperless. The periodic update from faculty of that particular institute is also automated. There are features like email notifications, online form filling etc. in this system. The two main entities are: Faculties (Teaching Staff) and Student. Faculties can post the updates to respective class groups by setting priority for same for the students and Students can get that content notification by email and work according to it. When Updates are made by faculty or any other higher authorities, an email is automatically sent to the Student. Moreover every task those are takes place in college is considered here. It is an effort in direction of making institute virtual and paper less by using existing technologies.
