The main aim of the petrogas engine is to increases the efficiency of the petrol engine & to decrease polluted content in the exhausted gas.
Methodology of petrogas engine as follows
Air from atmosphere is taken into the compressor. Compression of air takes place in the compressor. Compressed hot air is taken to fuel tank & Petrol in the tank will get vapourised due to high pressure. This vapour is taken in to bubbler to prevent the explosion. Then it is taken in to the engine & combustion takes place. During the vapourisation, the volume of petrol does not reduce much. The remaining petrol can also be supplied to the engine. This is the reason for increase in efficiency (approx. 2 times).
All fuels need oxygen to burn & If there is not enough oxygen, the combustion will incomplete. Due to enough amount of oxygen & vapourised petrol in the combustion chamber , complete combustion takes place. Due to compressed air & vapourised petrol , its get a good air fuel ratio. Due to complete combustion efficiency will increase.
