INTRODUCTION:
Every now and then security is a main factor for us. As there are many problems we are fetching till at the primitive age to modern age to protect our property and personal matters which has a great value to us. But these can be stolen or going to another hand without our knowledge if we cannot secure it. So to secure these from stolen or any undesired function many security system have been raised and locking is that security system that has been invented at first. For locking a locking arrangement that is normally known as lock is used to close of anything and a key is used to open the locking system. There are two known type locking system that are available used all over the world
1. Analog Locking system
2. Digital locking system
Analog locking system:
Analog locking system is that locking system where a key that has a physical extension is used to open the lock. Both the lock and the key are made of materials and physical settings exits between them. When the settings are matched then the lock is opened and the user can enter his desired area.
Digital locking system:
A digital locking system is locking system in where the digits are used to open the lock of anything and the locking system controlled digitally. In here a combination of digits is used to open the lock.
At first analog locking system was invented and till now it is used for locking purpose. But it is not more secure and confidential and it is easy to unlock this by breaking this using another tools. With the improvement of science and technology the necessity of security increased and that was going to be tough to secure anything using analog locking system. So for that reason as an alternation digital locking system is invented to locking anything. In here a combination of digits, letters, switches etc are used to lock and the open the lock. Only the user who know the combination of these are capable of open the lock otherwise not. The combination is normally known as password that is fluently used all over the world.
ADVANTAGES:
The following advantages are seen in simple low cost digital code lock system
1. It is very simple in construction.
2. It is cheaper than other digital locks. So any one can buy it and permanently used it.
3. It weight is less and that for case it can be used in any remote place and easily bearable.
4. It is perfect for locking that documents which are used all time because it is easy to operate.
5. We can easily change the combination password as we like best at any time on our demand.
DISADVANTAGES:
The following disadvantages are seen in simple low cost digital lock
1. It cannot be used for that locking system where the security system is too protective for prevent any fault as its password can easily find out by any one at any time. So it is used only for low rated locking system.
2. As many electronic equipments are used so in chip it is difficult to find out where the faults if occurs.
3. It is not a pure digital locking and the switches that are used operate in manually. So it is time consuming.
