FULL ADDER
AIM:
To verify the LAMBDA based and DRC rules by using the back end tool and also the functionality by using CMOS transistor.
TOOLS USED:
MICROWIND3 (DSCH3/LAYOUT EDITOR)
DESCRIPTION:
The full adder is a combinational circuit that performs the arithmetic sum of three input bits. It consists of three inputs and two outputs. A full adder can also be implemented using two half adders and one or gate.
CONCLUSION:
The LAMBDA based design rules and the functionality of the FULL ADDER is verified by using MICROWIND 3.
