Assistive management system is software developed for daily attendance to inschools students, colleges and institutes. If it facilitates access to the attendance information of a particular student in a particular class. The information is ordered by the operators, which will be provided by the teacher for a particular class. This system will also help to dismiss a student's eligibility criteria for attendance.
AMS is the attendance management system for all students at the school and was presented at the beginning of the new academic year for 2016/17. AMS is an internally developed system, which replaced existing attendance registration systems. It uses tried and tested hardware that is already being used in many universities. These are the Salto card readers and many have already been installed in conference rooms and teaching rooms. The system works by extracting information from the CMIS University timetable system. When students enter a teaching space with card readers installed, they simply touch their university ID card to the reader to register their attendance.
Moving away from a paper-based system will save students time in teaching events and the staff processing their attendance information. Our new Assistive Management System will ensure compliance with UKVI requirements to sponsor students at Level 4. It also ensures that we fully agree with the Student Loan Company (SLC) regarding students who have been withdrawn .
