Redressal Claiming Mechanism is an integral part of the machinery of any administration. No administration can claim to be responsible, responsive, and user-friendly unless it has established an efficient and effective Claims Complaint Mechanism. In fact, an organization's Claims Mechanism is the indicator to measure its efficiency and effectiveness, as it provides important feedback on the functioning of management. Employee may have complaints against any particular employee or any department in their daily activity. At Utkarsh, the Human Resources Department is the designated nodal department to handle employee complaints. The role of the HR department is to take initiatives to enable machinery to provide quality and trouble-free grievance repair and to eliminate the causes of complaints.
