Office of District Collectors - Computerized information informs the Citizen Facilities Center and the Mandal Web portal is placed for interaction with Citizens by providing an online application form. The web portal integrates all Mandal offices in a particular district. Reduce manual labor in offices. The web portal aims to facilitate citizens by reducing their efforts. The Web portal also acts as a platform for Citizens to take advantage of the information and for the District Office to disseminate awareness. Using this facility, office work can be made known to people who therefore make transparent system.
The main objectives of this system are:
• Provide software support to district administration and other state government offices.
• Has a facility to include various application packages such as payroll, tapal, Issuance of multiple certificates.
• Maintain the basic details of the citizen: By maintaining the ration card system keeps the basic information of the citizen in the centralized database.
• Keep the official details of the document transaction: Documents that are moved manually within the office are tracked and stored in DB.
• Web Portal: Providing a web portal for interaction between citizens and government offices (TSO and CFC)
• Using the web portal, awareness of the work of the government office is made known to citizens.
• Make known to citizens the various schemes related to central and state government.
• Information is also provided on the acquisition of a certificate or ration card.
• Certificates of Certification (OBC, SC / ST), Domicile, GLP, Death, Birth, Nationality, Income,
• Document Status: Citizens can view the processing status of their application form.
• Maintenance of Certificate data: Information on what is acquired all the certificates and their expiration dates will be maintained.
• Report: Reports will be provided on the certificate and the ration card to
higher level officers.
