Mahindra Satyam (formerly Satyam Computer Services Limited) was an IT services company from India based in Hyderabad, India. The company was listed on Pink Sheets, the National Stock Exchange and the Bombay Stock Exchange. It offered a range of services, including software development, system maintenance, packaged software integration and engineering design services. In June 2009, the company unveiled its new Mahindra Satyam brand identity following its acquisition by the $ 14 million IT group of the Mahindra Group on April 13, 2009. It was later merged with Tech Mahindra on June 24 of 2013.
