Abstracts: In the present scenario whenever any citizen wants to apply for any Citizen centric services provided by government following problems are faced: Travelling cost in going to particular office for filing of the application. No or little knowledge about what supporting documents will be required for the filing of the application. Time consuming as the citizen has to stand in queues and wait for the turn to come. The Government offices are closed during holidays so citizen has to wait for the next working day. Citizens are not able to track the status of the application after filling the forms for the respective service. The Govt. officers have to manually enter the details of the applicant into the system. Due to this there might arise data entry errors. If all the supporting documents are not provided then there is no means to communicate with the citizens.
