Abstract
The E-Portal For Tournamentobjective is to create, manage and report a competition. It also manages the selection activity of students to college and to state level. The users will consume less amount of time when compared to manual paper work through the automated system. The system will take care of all the servicing activity in a quick manner .Data storing is easier. It will be able to check any report at any time. Paper work and manual work is reduced. The system is user friendly and easy to use.
The software to be produced is on “E-Portal For Tournament”. There are two users i.e., the admin and the user. Admin provides username and password to the employee. He also has the right to add or modify the given username and password of the user. Using this username and password, an player can login to the system. The first procedure is the team registration. Here the user enters all the details of a player including player details; team details the sport they participate. Here depending on the sport, the tournament date and the venue is saved in the database for further confirmation. The system also does the selection procedure to the college level and the state level competition. To the college level all the players are allowed to play. Where as to the state level, the best players will be selected from the college level list which will be also saved in the database.
Main goal of Tournament is to make is easy of running a sports organization. it ease and secure and easy-to-use online applications for online Registration and fee payment processing. Coach and volunteer background check, tournament registration and database-driven member management system for region, state, or national organizations. The tournament which also contain sports accessories through online system.
Existing System
In the existing E-Portal For Tournament, users can register and login into their account.
Each team members can be added into a team by the team leader.
Events held are not known by every user.
For updating, and modifying the product details each and every time the sellers have tocommunicate with the admin which is time consuming.
There is no customization and directory listing. They have to refer the shop details manually or any other websites.
Because of that user may not know the nearby shops which might have fewer amounts for a product. Even though they are not interested to buy a product they would do online shopping.

Proposed System
• Team leader acts as a team admin who adds the players.
• Each players and team details are maintained in database.
• Event details are updated in the database and sent mail to each player.
• Each players to view the updates of the events.
• Membership facilities are provided for each user for shopping.
• Members can be get offer for their purchase.
• Rank for each player and team are updated and viewed through Rss feed.

MODULE DESCRIPTION
ADMINISTRATOR
Admin only have authority to add sports events,sports Accessories, item brand, and model and sports products.
USER
The user has to pay the premium to hold a card, using that card, the patient can able to avail the various treatments in various hospitals. The advantage of this card is not only the card holder can able to the free treatment and also his/her family members all can able to get all the benefits under this scheme. This card is highly authenticated by using the providing the password protection, so that it cannot be misused.
In this project there are totally five modules, they are

Login Module:
Admin provides username and password to the player. He also has the right to add or modify the given username and password of the player Using this username and password, and player can login to the system.
Team Registration:
The first procedure is the Team registration. Here the player enters all the details of a player including the sport they like to participate. All these information will be stored in the database.
Single Player Details:
Here the player enters all the details includes Team Name, player Name,Age, Address. Player name, email-id.
Team Details:
A list of players will be displayed and also the upcoming tournaments will be shown according to the particular sport. The system also provides a special authority of adding photos to the system for a particular sport for sweet memories and for proof.
Sports Accessories:
Players can also purchase sports items for particular events.In sports accessories form is used to add product description , quantity of the product, size of the product ,cost of the product.
