The banking section will navigate through all the aspects of the Banking System in India. It will discuss upon the matters with the birth of the banking concept in the country to new players adding their names in the industry in coming few years.
The banker of all banks, Reserve Bank of India (RBI), the Indian Banks Association (IBA) and top 20 banks like IDBI, HSBC, ICICI, ABN AMRO,etc. has been well defined under three separate heads with one page dedicated to each bank.

To evaluate the awareness level of the customer on the product and services.
To find out the differences among perceived service and expected service.
To evaluate the process efficiency in customer query and requirement handling .
To understand consumer’s preferences.
COMPANY PROFILE
Union Bank of India was established on 11th November 1919 with its headquarters in the city of Bombay now known as Mumbai.
The Head Office building of the Bank in Mumbai was inaugurated by Mahatma Gandhi, the Father of the nation in the year 1921, and he said on the occasion
The Bank now operates through over 3500 branches across the country.
CONCLUSION
Since the opening up of the banking sector, private banks are in the fray each one trying to cover more market share than the other. Yet, UBI is far behind SBI. UBI must also be alert what with Private Banks (ICICI, HDFC) breathing down its neck.
I am sure the bank will find my findings relevant and I sincerely hope it uses my suggestions enlisted, which I hope will take them miles ahead of competition.
short, I would like to say that the very act of the concerned management at UBI in giving me the job of critically sexamining consumer satisfaction towards financial products and services of the company is a step in their continual mission of making all round improvements as a means of progress.
