Abstracts: In the modern world, robotics has become popular, useful, and has achieved great successes in several fields of humanity. Robotics has become very useful in medicine, education, military, research and mostly in the world of manufacturing. In robotics field, there are five types of robot configurations that are SCARA, Articulated, Cartesian, Cylindrical and Spherical. This project aims to develop the pick and place robotic arm in order to design the automatic packet loader system. Movement of robotic arm is powered by stepper motors and controlled by microcontroller. They are capable of performing repetitive tasks more quickly, and accurately than humans. This system is useful in manufacturing industries to transfer product packets automatically into the transportation vehicle from the station where product packaging is done. It also counts the number of packets loaded in the vehicle. This system is very important to get more precise work. Also, this system reduces manpower and time required to complete the task.
