Abstracts: Generally belt conveyor pulley supporting structure design depends upon the two things first is Belt width and second is Load caring capacity. Company is designing belt conveyor pulley supporting structure currently in the CAD software AutoCAD. AutoCAD software is 2- Dimension software and supporting structure cannot be modified. Due to this limitation it will consume lots of time so for that belt conveyor pulley supporting structure is designed in CREO 2.0 Parametric Software (3- dimensional drafting) which was essential in reducing the time to create and modify Belt Conveyor Supporting Structure. CREO 2.0 Parametric software offers dimensional and geometric constraints for standardizing the supporting structure. CREO 2.0 parametric software offers that change in belt width or only one dimension has to be changed and whole structure will be modified automatically. For this function it is needed to create basic model design with proper dimension and then after giving the relation to each part of structure and the belt conveyor pulley supporting structure can be standardized.
