Abstracts: Buildings and their construction are the main structural elements of human settlements. Creating sustainable development is essential for human and ecological well-being. Like democracy and globalization, the concept of sustainable development has become one of the most ubiquitous, contested, and indispensable concepts of our time. The building footprint in India is growing at a rapid pace and is contributing immensely to the growth of the economy. This augurs well for the country and now there is an imminent need to introduce green building concepts in this sector, which can aid growth in a sustainable manner. This project aims to provide a sustainable design for residential buildings. With this purpose we provide comparison between conventional and Sustainable Residencies. We ought to design this building with upcoming technologies like “Autodesk Ecotect Analysis Software” which will Analyze thermal simulation, sun exposure, indoor airflow conditions ,material reflectiveness etc. Along with this we would install four physical methods like Solar wind hybrid power generation system, Solar water heating system ,Rain water harvesting system, Solid waste management, in order to obtain maximum energy efficiency and Water efficiency keeping in mind comfort and well-being of the occupants.
