A lottery is a form of legalised government gambling that involves drawing lots for a prize. Lotteries are proscribed by some governments, while others endorse it to the point of organising a national or state lottery. It is common to find some degree of regulation of the lottery by the governments; The most common regulation is the prohibition of selling to minors. Although lotteries were common in the United States and other countries during the nineteenth century, at the beginning of the 20th century, most forms of gambling, including lotteries and sweepstake's, were illegal in the United States and most of Europe, as well As in many other countries. This remained so until well after World War II. In the 1960s casinos and lotteries began to reappear around the world as a means for governments to increase their incomes without raising taxes.
Lotteries come in many formats. For example, the prize may be a fixed amount of cash or property. In this format there is risk for the organiser if enough tickets are sold. More commonly, the prize fund will be a fixed percentage of revenue. A popular form of this is the "50-50" draw where the organisers promise that the prize will be 50% of the income. Many recent lotteries allow buyers to select numbers on the lottery ticket, resulting in the possibility of multiple winners.
The purchase of lottery tickets can not be accounted for by decision models based on the maximisation of expected value. The reason is that lottery tickets cost more than the expected profit, as demonstrated by lottery math, so someone who maximises expected value should not buy lottery tickets. However, lottery purchases can be explained by decision models based on the expected utility maximisation, since the curvature of the utility function can be adjusted to capture risk-seeking behaviour. More general models based on utility functions defined in things other than lottery results may also explain the lottery purchase. In addition to lottery prizes, the ticket can allow some buyers to experience an excitement and enjoy a fantasy of getting rich. If the entertainment value (or other non-monetary value) obtained by playing is high enough for a given individual, then buying a lottery ticket could represent a profit in total profit. In such a case, the dis-utility of a monetary loss could be offset by the expected combined profit of monetary and non-monetary gain, thus making the purchase a rational decision for that person.
Lottery is a game of chance as well as a game of skills you can experience and learn over time. You may use any or a particular lottery strategy to predict the winning numbers quite successfully. However you may need to have some patience and keep playing the same numbers for a few days as it is likely it may not come the same day you play.
Note that this lottery tips and tricks can be used for most kinds of lottery all over the world: However I have some tips that I have learnt in India’s Online Lotery such as Indian Lotteries of various states online as Bodaland, Goa, Nagland, Sikkim and Nagland, run under name as Rajshree Lottery, Golden, Mainstar, Playwin, Subhlaxmi.
There are 100 lotteries per draw time, ranging from ’00 to 99’ that is 100 lottery results at a given time. Currently the draw time starts at 11am. There are two types of draws:
1) Rs. 2 per ticket for Jodi, Rs. 20 for a single ticket say a number ‘9’. Each lottery ticket draw is Rs. At the number will be as ‘3567778’. The last 4 digits represent the main numbers required for the minimum winning amount of Rs. 180.
There are 78 results winning announced of the 100 lottery numbers. The main digits 77 represent the lottery number. The last two digits 78 represent the numbers we as customers choose or bet on.
20 Minutes draw interval starting from 11am until 9.20pm in the night.
2) Rs. 3 per ticket per Jodi, Rs. 30 for a single ticket for number ‘9’. The same way the last 4 digits will be say 42016576. The last 4 digits represent the bet ticket, first two the lottery number and last 2, is the bet number. This means that this is a 4 Digit lottery, where as the full number is eligible for a Rs. 10,000 price number as the highest price. The minimum price amount is Rs. 210.
20 Minutes draw interval starting from 11.10am until 9.30pm in the night.
3) Numbers starting from (0-9) include pairs with opposites:
a. 0’s pair is 5, which is called an opposite and is considered a pair which is 5 for 0, and o for 5.
b. 1 for 6 – 6 for 1.
c. 2 for 7 – 7 for 2.
d. 3 for 8 – 8 for 3.
e. 4 for 9 – 9 for 4.
4) Repeat Numbers:
With experience, most of numbers repeat for single number. The 3rd digit of the 4 digit lottery which is the main single digit which frequently repeats and you would also find the opposite also coming together. The number repeats a few times during a week at times sometimes for 10days. The number may repeat next day or may come after two days and the same number for example ‘9’ may come as ‘923944989’. You can see the number 9 coming 4 times in 9days and you also see you have 2 opposites in the range, so you see between the 2 numbers that has come 6 times in 9 days. You may find the Jodi numbers may repeat also may differ.
5. Numbers Database
As amazing as it may seem you Do Not Need hundreds of past drawing in order to pinpoint the winning lottery numbers. Drawing numbers from past records, to get a particular sequence or a particular line in which numbers keeping following is a difficult and daunting task.
As there are 100 numbers in a particular draw, you may find the same sequence such as 55408567, which has come say 3 weeks ago in the same lottery say number ‘11’ at say 11.10am and this sequence is being copied or being numbered in number ‘17’ at 5.30pm in the evening. The same number could also be repeated in ‘35’ as well. So you may find the number comes to 5540 and then you may find suddenly this changes to 7 in number ‘17’ lottery and then 9 in lottery number ‘35’.
So to cut short this sequence from past record is unreliable.

India
There are many lottery games taking place in India, all of which are run by state government organizations under the rules and regulations of the federal government. State governments such as Kerala, Punjab, Goa and Sikkim, run their own lottery departments and conduct daily or weekly raffles. Kerala State Lotteries, established in 1967, under the Lottery Department by the Kerala Government was the first of its kind in India. The department was successful and has grown throughout the state of Kerala, contributing to the necessary and became the role model for other states to start their own lotteries.
