What is a High Performing Organization?
• An organization that demonstrates and measures
– improved operational performance (e.g., effectiveness and
efficiency),
– cost and manpower savings (e.g., economy), and
– improved competency levels
through evaluation and improvement of its business
management and human capital practices.
