Abstracts: IT Services Desk Portal is a System which includes to serve IT Services to employee of the organization .There are five types of users involved in the system. Admin, HR, Employee, Approver, Engineer.HR is responsible for Registration of new employee, he can also update his profile, he can also keep track of resigned employee details. Administrator of the System is responsible for Confirming the Registration of new employee whose details have been filled up by HR Department. Along with it Administrator can also keep track Status of various service requests, he/she can also update his profile. Employee can initiate different IT Service Requests. Various It Service Requests are software Requests, CD Rom Requests, Internet Requests, Video Conferencing Requests, Service Requests like Backup, Ftp Access etc. Employee can also request for Leave. The request will be forwarded to approver. Approver confirm the service request and further forward it to IT engineer. IT engineer Solves request of concerned employee. It is very useful for users to make Service Requests without consulting directly to the concerned IT Engineer. In Manual Process they have to maintain many files and it takes much time to check about particular Request. So to overcome the problems in the mandatory maintenance, time taken between Request requisition and request resolve is fast, accurate and takes less time.
