Abstracts: Concrete is mixture of cement, sand, aggregates, water, admixture and air. Concrete have good compressive strength but it suffer from many drawbacks like low tensile strength, permeability to liquids, corrosion of reinforcement, low durability. The hardening compound (IRONITE) shall be uniformly graded iron particles, free from non-ferrous metal impurities, oil, grease, sand, soluble alkaline compounds or other injurious materials. Ironite Dry Shakes, both Metallic and Non Metallic and coloured and Non Coloured, Floor Hardeners, Grouts , Sealants, Quick Patchwork repairing material etc. Floor laid with Ironite Floor Hardener are Non-Dusting, Antiskid, Non Conductive, Non Magnetic and excellent in Abrasion and Impact resistance. Ironite is applicable as concrete floor hardener for concrete flooring. Ironite is effectively used for warehouses & go-downs, pavers, industrial concrete flooring and concrete roads. Moreover, this product finds wide application in internal parkings, railways platforms, airport's runway & airplane taxi area, bridges, dairies. In the project work we perform compressive strength of concrete by casting cube, splitting tensile strength of concrete and flexural strength of concrete by casting beam of ordinary concrete mix and then adding ironite. Then find improved strength of concrete after 7 days and 28 days due to ironite. Then compare result of ordinary concrete and concrete with ironite.
