Abstracts: Concrete is a composite material composed of coarse granular material concrete is widely used for making architectural structure, foundation, bridges etc. The development of high performance concrete is a giant step in making concrete a high-tech material with enhanced characteristics and durability. High performance concrete is an engineered concrete obtained through a careful selection and proportioning of its constituents. High performance concrete exceed the properties and constructability of normal concrete. The different types of pozzolanic material like GGBS, Silica Fume, Fly Ash, RHA etc. are used in concrete replacement of cement to produce a high performance concrete. Silica fume is an ultrafine powder collected as a by-product of silicon and ferrosilicon alloy production and consists of spherical particles. Silica fume is an ultrafine material with spherical particles. In this Project we are using silica fume with replacement of cement at 6%, 8% and 10%. We will performe compressive strength, flexural strength and splitting tensile strength of M-25 Grade concrete. We performed test by Cube (150MM×150MM×150MM), beam (500MM×100MM×100MM) and cylinder (300MM×150MM) Finally compare all the result taken by all this above test and select the desired combination of material that meets material performance.
