Abstracts: Advancements in technology enhances not only human comforts but also damages the environment. Use of metal is being popular these days. Inspite of inherent advantages it has disadvantages of disposal of metal waste. Here an attempt has been made to utilize the steel waste by using it in concrete. This addition of metal waste would expected to react as reinforcement agent in the concrete. The recycled aggregate are also incorporated with steel fibers to make the concrete more economical. The steel fibers are replaced by 0.5% and 1% of the total weight of cement with the gradual replacement of recycled aggregate with natural aggregate by 0%, 20% and 30%. The aim for this project is to determine the workability and strength characteristic of recycled aggregate concrete with replacement of steel fibers with cement content. For workability the slump test and compaction factor test are going to be carried out to determine fresh properties of concrete. The compression test and split tensile strength test is carried out to determine the harden properties concrete. The strength properties are tested on 7 days and 28 days of normal and saline curing. Also the attempt would be done to predict the strength of concrete by regression analysis.
