Abstracts: Partial replacement of cement by meta-kaolin is known to improve concrete compressive strength, flexural strength and durability of concrete. MK has a very good pozzolanicity, which could be partially replaced with portland cement. It can decrease permeability, increase compressive strength and concrete durability. This study focuses on the strength performance of concrete and workability with meta-kaolin. Cost wise also the meta-kaolin is cheaper and locally available material then other pozzolanic/mineral admixtures. The substitution proportion of meta-kaolin used was 2.5%, 5%, 7.5% and 10% by weight of cement. Also, slump test was carried out on specimens.
